Down 92 pounds and have 10-15 more to go. Found out I have a slipped band...how that happened I don't know. Acid reflux and aspirating during the night..it was brutal. Had a complete unfill 2 weeks ago.

How's the journey going?

I've been kicking my own butt and trying to walk 4 miles a day.

I've been too fat too long....my hips are killing me!

How did your fill go today? How much did he put in?

I'm only up to 4.5cc's after 3 fills.

Hope I feel restriction soon.

Oh....can you start soft foods yet?

How's the weight loss coming?? I hit a major stall for about 4 weeks. It started to come off again this week. It was very frustrating. Hope you are doing well.

The shoulder pain is gone for the most part. I find if i chew gum, it starts to hurt again. Weird, huh?

Hey, i saw your post about your shoulder pain. I am right there with you. I had Surgery the same day as you and the shoulder pain is the worst.

My Doc said it was because of the hernia repair and to give it more time to heal. I'm hoping he's right. I would feel perfect if the pain didn't come out of nowhere and make my shoulder hurt.

I Feel great today, no gas pain in my shoulder and nausea. (Knock on Wood)

No meds today.

Think I'll go for a drive and enjoy this beautiful day!

Glad you posted on the CO2 pains. I am day 2 post op and had the hernia repair as well.

The pain feels like a heart attack and radiates under my shoulder blade.

Had my Surgery yesterday. Doc found a small hernia and repaired it.

Felt like I was hit by a truck last night. But this morning I felt much better.

Went to the movies with my husband this afternoon....I think I over did it. Sore and sick to my stomach.

Will take it easier tomorrow. Making sure to follow Doc's orders.

I'm sure each day will get easier.
