Had my first fill today. Had 3 CC's at time of surgery and another 2 CC's today for a total of 5 CC's

Surgery was a success! Up after 30 mins after surgery had to go pee. A little sore upper stomach & chest. No pain meds needed
. 2 day pre-op & as a bander! -
Feels like today should be Friday! Had a great workout this morning 45 mins cardio & 1 hour pilates reformer class

wow chicken & broccoli for dinner and I am still full after 2 hours - green zone. I am going to eat broccoli more often!

Went on vacation for 5 days and managed not to gain a pound! Now I have to get the scale moving again!

Today is my 5 month band anniversary! I have lost 55 lbs, now a size 16, BMI is now 35 & I am 45% of goal

In the process of working out my situation. Turns out that me stomach is not emptying properly. I thought is was because my band was too tight. As a result my acid reflux is brutal! My band is very lose and I am 10 lbs over goal! Urg!!! Waiting to see my surgeon to discuss next steps from my scope.
