Week 3 of P90X - hope to tighten all lose skin!

1st week of P90X training and I am liking the challenge!

Bought my first size 6 coat! It feels & looks great!

Keeping things in balance!

Hard to switch gears to maintaining! Trying to find the right balance! All good! But live in fear of gaining!

My unfill last week had the scales go up now a mini fill of .1 and I maybe too tight!

Trying to keep the weight off! Turns out that I have a bulging disk and it is creating drop foot. More testing next week!

Frustrated as I can’t exercise as I have neurological issues because of my back that are giving me motor problems with my left foot! Urg!!!!! Now for CT Scan, MRI and more doctor appointments!

Now the tables have turned - up 5 lbs and hungry like a horse! Do I need a mini fill?

Trying to find the right balance to maintain and stop losing!

I am at goal & today I had a .25 unfill!

No more sleep apena anymore - yippee!

BMI now 22.8

Happy to be home and not have to go on another plane! As it ws the instant fill that made me too tight to drink & eat - no fun!

Busy week! Tight from my flight - bad timing for my business trip. But all good today!

Starting a new contract on Monday. I have no clothes, let the power shopping begin!

Green all round & loving it! Done another .6lbs this week for BMI of 23.6

Down another 1.5 lbs & BMI at 23.7 , life is good!

Recovery is going well! I am in the green zone as well. What more could a girl ask for?

Feeling good! Still a little swollen but doing amazing! This weekend all about R & R and sitting in the sun! Have a good one all!

I saw the new girls and love at first sight! Taking it easy as I have a lot of swelling, so ice it is.
