  1. My breast reduction/lift is on Monday, July 23. Today I had my pre-op appointment. Now the count down!

  2. Scale is back up 5 lbs in 1 day? Retaining water?

  3. Hurt my back yesterday cleaning my house. Pain meds all day yesterday and streching in the pool today. Hope to reume light exercise tomorrow & pilates on Tuesday.

  4. BMI 25.9 - almost in the normal range!

  5. Dray - I feel like I am hungry all the time but still doing well. I just eat lots of small 1/2 C meals then I feel satisfied. Plus I am getting my liquids in. For breakfast I have an egg or cream of wheat, the rest of the day I have cottage cheese, fat free pudding, jello, pureed veggies & pureed meat for dinner. I have lost about 5 lbs since my surgery of Feb 9

  6. Finally hit my mini goal of 164.4 lbs now my new goal is 159 lbs

  7. Between my cold & dental work yesterday I feel like crap! Good news I am not hungry - down another 1 lbs :)

  8. Scale moving again - Yippee! Ring size from size 7.25 to 6 :)

  9. I am at goal & today I had a .25 unfill!

  10. Wearing a size medium now (in some things) - yippee!

  11. Bring on the warmer weather so I can wear my new kick ass wardrobe!

  13. Had too much fun in Mexico & on the weekend as I am up 8 lbs and they hard to take off! Urg!!!

  15. Day 3 post-op my hubby had melted cheese with triscuts I had to stare the entire plate. Not to mention the bag of Kettle chips. The band is a tool we still have to deal with our love for food or demons.

    I am down 2.4 lbs since surgery which puts me down 15 lbs in total :).

  16. 1st week of P90X training and I am liking the challenge!

  17. Spoiling my hubby for his birthday today :)

  18. Felt sexy in my new little dress that I wore to the club dancing last night! I will post a new picture over the weekend!

  19. Won the Bandwagon - what to eat contest :) I won a free book by Jean :)

  20. Wore my new skinny jeans out last night & felt SEXY & HOT :)!

  21. Day 8 post-op and feeling great!

  22. Big mistake to have 1/2 sausage last night & 2 bites of potatoe salad. I had to sleep proped up! So not worth it!

  23. 1.5 lbs from my next goal! currently at 206.2 lbs

  24. A great sunny weekend in Vancouver! Loving it! Today played tennis and went for an hour walk. Have a great weekend all!

  25. Down another 1 lb to put my BMI at 24.4 - yahoo! Goal 22.
