I found some noticed more than others. When I finally lost it in face people started to give me the wow. Now people dont even recognize me as i have rewind 14 yrs and have lost 115 lbs in 15 months. Finally at a normal weight . -
Saggy/ Deflated Breast?

I am almost at goal and I am waiting for approval for a reduction/lift. I have always been a 38c but now dd & saggy to my belly button. Not pretty! Tired of stuffing them in with all the extra skin. Nice to go to a C and be perky! -
Up 2 lbs from 2 weeks ago. Joys of vacation. Then last week hurt my back so havent been doing my big workouts. Weigh in at 153.6. So back to zero. Have a great week all!

I lost 110 lbs & 5"5. Now a size 8/38dd. I am waiting to be approved for a boob reduction & lift. Scared to have a tummy tuck & dont have the cash. I was self pay for the lapband & TT would be the same. Anyone have lipo in the stomach & upper legs? Does it work? Or I may just need a TT and will have to save.

I am down 110 lbs & 12 lbs from goal. Down from a 42 G to a 38 DD. I am needing a lift & fat sucked out the side as i have to fold & stuff my boobs as they are down to my waist. I love my new body & will feel better with the sag gone. I am 45 yrs old and i would be in this boat as i was always going to have a reduction. I am waiting for approval. Hope i don't have to wait to long. The wait list i heard is up to 2 yrs. Fingers crossed! -

Yesterday must have been a full moon? Hurt my back more - just reaching for something. Then the grand finale rushing to prep for the girl’s party I am hosting I slipped in my sock feet and fell hard down 12 steps and in so much pain now! Thank god for ice! NSV - 2 1/4 inches since Happy Friday! Have a great weekend!

Hurt my back yesterday cleaning my house. Pain meds all day yesterday and streching in the pool today. Hope to reume light exercise tomorrow & pilates on Tuesday.
