Well I got my fill...had my first stuck experience with a bite of a sandwich and not chewing well enough. Diet...well I have been out of town almost since then and all my meals have basically been catered out out to eat. So when I get home on Monday my diet focus will be 60-80g of protein and low carb. That seems to be the best way that I drop pounds. How you doing?
