I'm not sure I'm using this site correctly. Somebody teach me, ok?

I reached my goal (188) and now, after the holidays, I have to get back on track again! It's so cool not being so obsessed with my weight. Had some other in-between stuff happen, too. Need more characters for it all! Anyhow, I'm back on track.

hey! I live in NC. Had my band put on three years ago at age 56 and love it! My kids (5) and grandkids (8) are all supportive and wonderful.
