Congrats. I did the same type of visit back in july but my insurance has made me do 6 months of dietitian visits 1st, fortunately that is done as of today & I just have to wait for approval! But I remember I was so concerned about the psychiatrist visit, I kept thinking they were going to tell me I'm crazy or something, but it went well, and very beneficial in taking a look at my history of behavior, especially how I've punished and rewarded myself and food has been one of my major vices.
