Hello and Happy New Year. I was banded on November 18th, 2010 in Michigan. John Webber, MD at the DMC Harper Hospital is my doc. Tomorrow January 4th, 2011 is my first adjustment.

Around the third week post-op I had intence pains in my lowwer left abdominal region. I almost went to the ER for it. The last stabbing pain I had I said to myself it must be a kidney stone and that if I had one more pain like that I would call 911 and go to the ER. Well I drank several glasses of water and urinated several times but that last stabbing pain was the last stabbing pain! I still do not know what was causing it, but I am very glad it has not come back again. -
My choice to have a banding was made over two years ago. I then spent two years yo-yo dieting. I must have lost and regaind the same twenty pounds twenty times before I met my surgeon.

Has anyone used the Be Light Weight for their pre-op management?
