    Lost my way

Rebecca: Thank you for the information in your post! I am 2 years+ and have lost 75 pounds....and have lots of issues with what I can eat! I, too, cannot eat meat unless I have only two pieces the size of a pea....I have even tried to grind it ....but anything more than two itsy bitsy pieces won't stay down, or will cause incredible pain. Every time I get a fill, I too, have to change my diet immediately. I have learned to live on soup....I can make healthy soups with protein (beans), some ground meat, and ground veges....that are healthy and go down easy. Unfortunately, sometimes I get tired of a liquid diet and want REAL FOOD. Best wishes and thanks for sharing! Kim
  2. Hi. I am 2 years + banded, and have slowly lost 75 pounds. I was at a plateau for about 6 months - no loss. Three weeks ago I went for a fill (1/2 cc) and am the tightest ever. Can only eat 1/4 - 1/2 cup at one sitting..... mostly mushies and soup. Lost 8 pounds past 3 weeks - but can't really eat more than a small bite or two of meat or veges at one sitting. Maybe I should have been this tight a long time ago.....never so restricted....and am glad about it. But not sure of what to eat. What is everybody eating - able to eat? Meat doesn't work for me... I have even grinded it...but more than a teaspoon is hard and painful to digest. Would love some feedback. Many thanks!
