I had my surgery 3 weeks ago, I didn't experience the bruising, but I did have the pains in my abdomen, it's coming from gas pains, try some tylenol for the discomfort this does go away, hope this works for you.

I just had lap band surgery Dec. 8th, I just want to know what I am suppose to be feeling like, I am now eating soft foods, but looking @ some of the discussions on here I am still suppose to be on clear liquids, what is up with everyone being told to eat different diets?
