Now down 80 pounds! Almost to my goal of 150 -- 4 pounds to go ... what an AMAZING feeling. It is odd however that my band seems tighter than a few months ago -- I haven't had an adjustment since March and I feel like I can hardly eat anything. Have to take just 2-3 small bites and then quit ... does anyone else have this problem? If I eat any more it tends to hurt and ultimately comes back up
