I'm really getting down about my weight loss. I can't seem to get pass the 250 mark. It is pass time for a fill. I haven't had one in over a year due to insurance will not pay. I can't wait until my appt on May 2nd.

It has definitely been a long time since I have been on here. WOW! I'm back. To give everyone an update on my progress which I have fallen off the bandwagon many times. I have jumped back on and fell off again. I have changed jobs so my insurance does not cover my fills any longer and I have to pay for everything out of pocket which has hinder me. I haven't been on for a while. Here is my latest update. I'm 60 pounds down. Exciting. I just got a fill last week and had a lot of vomiting. My surgeon only filled me 2 cc. Don't understand

I'm feeling on top right now, Had a appt today and made my surgeon proud. I'm down 43 pounds 4 months. No fill today since I'm doing good. Losing weight with a 2cc fill in my band. She might add a little in November for the holidays depending on my weight loss. I feel so damn good:)

I would normally rest today but I'm about to take my journey. I'm hoping to walk 5.5 miles today. Gotta get it in:)

Walked 4.6 miles today. I can remember when I could only walk 1 mile. I'm so proud of myself

It has been awhile since I have been on the site but once again I forgot my password. I'm doing really good thus far. My preop weight: 317 pounds Now: 284.3. I just received my first fill a week ago. I had to be taken back into surgery for a revision due to my ports kept flipping when my surgeon tried to give a fill.

I just had my 4th appointment with the physician this week. I have 2 appointments left in January. I walked out of the office in tears. I'm not losing any weight but I'm maintaining. I haven't gain any weight which I guess is a plus. They want me to lose 15 pounds before my surgery plus kick the smoking habit. Hello. I'm excited and nervous about the procedure. Just started my classes in November. Projected surgery date is February or March 2011.
