  1. I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. I know that I have to exercise in order for the band to work. I keep telling myself it is a tool. I have to work the tool. I can remember I only could walk 1 mile each time that I walked. Now, I'm up to about 4 miles 3 days a week. My next hurdle is to start walking 4 days a week.

    You are doing great by setting limits for yourself. If you overdo yourself than you will be the one suffering. Keep up the great work.
