I was sleeved 3/12 I have lost a total of 36lbs. I had a stall a for about 2 weeks and have just started dropping again the last 3 days.

When mine was removed she had me take deep breath and would pull it out little by little on my exhale. I didn't really feel it. Maybe a little. I can tell you it felt SO good having it out. Almost like ripping a bandaid off and how it feels like your skin can breath good kinda feeling.

some people don't want to say anything because they don't want you to think too much into it. Also it might not be a huge focus to them because they like you for you.

look into bountaful baskets in your area is is $10-15/week fo ra HUGE baskets of fruits and veggies for my family I get it every other week. The basic basket fills a laundry basket.

I buy one pair of jeanes every other size. That is my rule as my 22 fell off me while walking around the house if I didn't pull them up every 5 seconds so I went to ther store and bought 2 pairs of jeans one 18 and one 16 (they were buy one get one 50% off). I want to look good when I go out of the house to family events or friends houses.

I have been sleeved in mexico and I know that if I wasn't loosing I could go back and they would tighten me up for free I would just have to pay hotel and airfare. The office has already done this for the plicators.

I was a 42 H but 35 lbs down I am back into my 40DDD. I have lost the most from my hips/saddle bags. 5 inches.

Do you have a out of pocket max? if you do I would count on paying that. If not you can ask the hospital they can give you an est of the cost.

They might bill that much but they won't get paid that much. You helth insurance might need some explination of some charges even maybe just one. If that is the case they will deny the whole bill. I had knee surgery and one part of it was billed at $67,000 but insurance only paid them $32,400.

How far out are you from sugery. I was told if I needed I could take Tylenol but NO Ibuprofin. Ibuprofin attaches to your red blood cells and stays in your body longer.

I was going to say there are so many surgeries with scars like ours. Also just so you know scars BURN so make sure you put a good sun block on them when they burn the skin will perminatly discolor they usually become darker skin so when they heal all the way and lighten to your natural skin tone if you have gotten sun burn on them they will heal darker like tan lines.

good luck I will be thinking of you. I have ACI surgery last May/2011. Also called Carticel. It is like a knee cartilage transplant. I just had my WLS 3/2012. I know all too well about rehab and pain. I will be praying for good pain management and don't for get to take some stool softener with all those pain meds.

I have found I do better wtih twice a week if not that scale is nagging me. I shoot for Friday and Monday so I can see how bad I was over the weekend.

Beadhead if you would like to know about good fat vs bad fat I would suggest reading. The Perfect 10 diet. It is a great book with great infromation about saturated fats, and other oils. I am sure the fat in the egg is better than the fat in the cheese you put on your eggs. Even if it is low fat.

I am 6 weeks out and have found that it all depends on how much you chew. The more you chew your food the more you can eat. I have just started to eat normal so it is new to me. I am able to eat a whole boiled egg but it takes me quite some time. I have to pace myself. My dr said to make sure you sit down and give yourself a good 20 minutes to eat.

to me it soulds like hand foot and mouth disease.

does the temp of the water make a differance. I have had days where I can't drink cold or even cool water. My stomach feels like it is getting tighter as I sip it. I know that when It is like that if I drink some hot water it relaxes.

I was told daily sublingual under your tongue for life.

I would wait also my sister was reduced from a 42F to I think a 40D and she is over weight and her size what she went down to was baised on Insurance approvale they would only approve her if sh was taken down to a C and she is a FULL C I think the Dr worked with her so that if she lost weight she wouldn't be flat.

You will have top pump and dump for the first 24 hours after surgery. It is diffrent from a c section.... when they put you under wtih general anesthesia. They should be advising you to pump and dump.

some people I think can do it but most people can't I know that if I forget and take a sip after I eat I eather feel horrible or get sick.

I didn't take anything to get my drain out I had it in for 3 days and they just pulled it out a little on every exhale I just focused on breathing and didn't feel a thing. It was releving when it was out tho sorta like how your skin feels after ripping a bandaid off.

My post op was apple juice and they said to dilute it or you will have other problems. I had a hard time going after my surgery I had some apple juice and it got everything moiving.

I can say I am 3 weeks out and I am just starting to feel better. I had back pain like you wouldn't belive. I would suggest gas X strips if you find them take them, Also at 3 weeks out I am in pain if I need to take my anti acid. ( my dr gave me a month supply to go home with) have to take them every day. Also Somedays I am just TIGHT ugh it sucks and the ONLY thing that makes it better is hot broth. Don't burn your self but I can say it feels so good going down and in my new tummy.
