I LOVE GNC pure whey protein isolate unflavored powder. I add it to FF milk with half a sweet n low and it's so frothy and GOOD. For a change I add a little sugar free fat free flavored creamer. I had to be creative because I can hardly stand the artificial sweeteners they use in most protein shakes. I've added it to coffee and other things and it tastes good, i think i could probably eat it plain.

I feel like Debbie Downer, no one wants to mention food or eat around me. And I almost killed someone at walmart for getting in my way. I can't wait until this fasting diet is over!
