  1. I have lost 22lbs since surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago, but the scale is refusing to move. I really am only eating between 500/600 calories daily, I haven't went to the bathroom but only once since surgery. I want the scale to move, any ideas out there? Thanks
  2. Hi Everyone, I am down about 24 lbs in three weeks, but it seems as though the scale has stopped moving. It is discouraging, I only eat about 600 calories a day. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal, am I expecting to much? Thanks:smile2:
