Hair Loss....OMG
I'm over a year post and was still losing hair, well by this time it is now noticable. I use to have realy thick hair. I just went buy some Nioxin, I know a lot of people using it and they all say it is great. I also was lacking on my vitamins, so I just starting taking them again. I take 3000mg of biotin, and someone told me to take 4 flintstones instead of 2 which the DR. told me to take 2. My nails were peeling and I was getting dry patches on my eyelids. I hope I start seeing a difference, or I will be buying a wig soon!!!!

unfill or?
The scale didn't drop any yet but its my own fault. I have been picking on that left over chocolate from Easter, hopfully by the end of the weekend it is out the house. I would have thrown it away but I feel bad throwing my 7 yr olds candy away for my bad habit. I just need to say no to sweets. This unfill has been amazing, this is how the band is suppose to work. I don't plan on going for a fill for a while, unless I was to gain 5-10 lbs.

unfill or?
I never really kept track of calories but I guess it would be a nice time to start. I don't really think I eat over 1000 a day. I will have to track it for a while. Maybe I am just not eating enough.

I need a REBOOST!
I will weigh Tuesday morning to see what the scale tells. I can eat much better now, I don't PB no more.

unfill or?
I too was able to eat this morning. I havn't done that in months. I never had a pb. Everything is going down good, but I need to check the scale tomorrow morning. I ate boiled seafood this weekend, so I didn't want to get on the scale with all that salt...lol. I absolutly feel so much better. My DH was sick of seeing me vomit everytime I would eat. I'm glad everone else is feeling better. As long as the scale goes down I'm staying away from another fill.

Anyone here?
Hi Cindi, I was reading your post, I use to ride horses before I gainned all my weight. I finally started riding again. I felt the same way as you. It is so nice to feel comfortable to ride again. Went beach riding a couple months ago but it was really too cold, hope to do it again soon on the beach. It was really nice.

Anyone here?
Hello everyone!!! I just had an unfill (.5). I was having acid reflux. Anyone experience that? Doc said if the unfill didn't help it could be the gallballder. I just hope if it is that my insurance will pay for it.

I need a REBOOST!
I need to restart also. I think I would need to go see the dietician for a brain refresh about the foods I use to eat, you just start getting off track when you start trying other foods and forget about the healthy foods I was eating. I think that would help me out. I have like 13 lbs to go and it is the hardest.

unfill or?
I went yesterday and get a slight unfill. I was starting with acid reflux. My doctor told me if the unfill didn't work it could be my gallbladder. I was slimming all the time and the other day could hardly eat ice cream, so I new I better go in. I had never had heart burn since surgery and my last fill it started again.

Exercise challenge - 2008
I think I need a slight unfill. I have been having acid reflux, really gassy and can hardly eat meat at all. I havn't been being faithful to my exercise program either. I don't know if I have a gallbladder problem or I'm just to tight but I don't like the feeling I'm having.

How often do you weigh?
OK I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that bounces around 1-3 lbs. I usally weigh about 2-3 times a week just to make sure I don't shoot up 10 lbs. The weight loss is really slow right now, I feel like I will never get to my goal.

I need help...........
Having a sweet tooth and can't get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? This all started around the Holidays and I can't get rid of it. Before the holidays it didn't bother me at all. Now I feel I have to have something sweet everyday.

Exercise challenge - 2008
Just checking in. I have been really bad the pass few days. I had a sweet tooth and ate things I shouldn't have. Been working out about 2 times a week. I have been bad on that too. I just hate the cold weather and can't wait for it to leave. I'm such an outdoor person. I will be getting more active as it warms up here. Hope everyone is doing great!

Exercise challenge - 2008
You will soon get to your right fill. I think after about 12 I have mine. The last one about 2 weeks ago is really restricked. I have been throwing up. I been doing protein shakes and can barely put those down. I don't know about you guys but I can eat better at night. During the day it is very hard to even put liquids down. It took about a week for the last fill to kick in. That is so weird how that works. Well keep up the good work.

Slow Losers Unite!
I guess I should be on this thread. I have lost on average 5.8 lbs a month, but the scale is not going down since lifting weights but I can tell the inchs are coming off. Just remember this is a life long decision we have made. No need to try and drop it all in one year.
