Hey Confused, looks like we are kinda on the same wagon...are you getting your Protein in? I stopped losing exactly 1yr after surgery but I stopped counting protein and stopped buying my Liquid Protein cause of the cost but I just reordered and now I'm ready to get back on the wagon. I have played back and forth with about 10lbs since then but I want to get to my goal and I'm thinking about a tummy tuck.

Hello to all Jan 07 Bandsters. It has been a long time since I have posted. Hope everyone is still doing great! I have been slacking on my protein so I just ordered some liquid Whey and have joined Snap fitness so I hope I can get on a roll and lose the last 20-25lbs I want to lose.

I had a leak but they fixed it with "Fix-a-flat". So far so good, its been over a year.

Every so often since last month I am having sharp stabbing pains on my left side and the middle left side of my back. Pain worsens with deep breaths. The pain stays for a few days and then goes away. I notice when I drink a lot of caffeine it tends to come back. Went to the Family doc and she advised it may be my Gall Bladder. She checked for bladder and kidney infection but that was negative. She said the gallblader pain is usually on the right side but something could be causing the pain to be on the left side. What do you think? She told me to call my lap-band doctor to see if they ever heard of anything like this.

Please women only guys.

Sounds like a good idea! I have the same problem, I never know when it will stay down.

Hello everyone, I haven't been on here in a long time. I have pretty much stayed the same weight since I have came on last. I'm going see the diatician tomorrow to try and start losing the rest of my 15-20lbs I wanted to lose. I just want to be a size 10...lol! I'm at 12 now but really want to be a 10! Hope everyone is doing great.:thumbup:

I would like to know the same thing about the insurance. I'm 2 years post-op and I'm leaking from my last un-fill. I went yesterday to get a fill and I was empty...I should of had 2.6cc and I didn't have anything. So they used the "thicker stuff". I just don't understand!

I need a kick in the butt to get back on track. I have about 15-20 lbs to go and just can't get it off.

I went to the Doc for a fill Wednesdaym and all I had in my band was like .2 when I should have had like 2.4. They seem to think I may have a leak. I had went two weeks before this to have an unfill and noticed I could eat anything after the slight unfill. This time I have 2.6 in my 4cc band and I don't have a whole lot of restriction at all or if any. I have to go back in 4 weeks to have my fluid checked. Please let me know what they find out about your band.

I think there is a set point we get to, I have not lost anything since Feb nor gainned. I'm about 13 lbs from goal. I dont't think I need a fill because sometimes during the month I'm really tight that I have my little PB spells. I would love to be at goal but I'm still happy where I'm at. I'm sure if ever I was to have PS, I would be at goal then.

I think it will be a whole 2 years for me too! I had an unfill of .5 but no more weight loss. I have been stable. So can't complain...lol. I just need to get moving...lol and stay eating out of my little salad plate.

I found artificial sweetner makes me crave sweets more, I'm trying to drink my coffee with reg sugar to see how that will work with the cravings and the weight. I have not lost anything in about 8 weeks. I'm getting very frustrated!!!! I'm happy with what Ilost but I just want to be at my GOAL WEIGHT!
