  1. One of my greatest fears about being banded is what happens to those that are banded when they get sick at their stomach. I know this sounds kind of silly but it is really a concern of mine.
     
    I'm not talking about just over-eating too much I am talking about someone that is banded that comes down with a stomach bug or food-poisoning or something that makes you sick-sick.
     
    How does having a band come into play during that time?
     
    I had one person tell me that since they were banded they cannot throw up. They can only dry heave...ugh!!!
     
    Would appreciate any feedback...
