  3. Hello, I am pleased to anounce that my insurance has approved my surgery. I will start my pre-op diet the first week of January and have the surgery approx. 2 weeks later. I can't wait. :girl_hug: A little about myself: Sex:Male Age:33 Weight:430lbs Height: 6'5 Location: Nashville, Tn I have several questions and I hope some of you could take a few minutes to answer. 1. What is the average weight loss over the first 60 days? 2. I would like to lose 100lbs by September. Am i being reasonable? 3. Can you feel the port? 4. How long is recovery? 5. Do you really feel full on such small quantities of food? 6. How long until you can excercise? I would appreciate any answers and opinions. Thanks, Joe
