Janet, I am having some REAL frustration with this site. I would appreciate if you helped me through some of the Junk of it. Kat, So much to say. My name is kelly. My personal email is kellydeford@comcast.net. I need two things that I am hoping your experience can help with. One is SUPER simple I want to add a ticker, can't find any instructions on doing so. Also, I am STARVING. I had surgery on Thursday this is Monday. My diet is supposed to be full liquid. What am I doing wrong? 4 ounces of a meal of cream soup or yogurt and I am just not satisfied. Any suggestions? thanks from a real newbie, Kelly

Dr. Forrest Ringold did my surgery. He did some cutting edge stuff for my daughter a couple of years ago and I liked him. That's why I chose him. He is kinda young but he is a nice guy and really confident without being arrogant.

I too feel very novice at this site as there is a LOT to consume. My surgery is in the morning. I have to be there at 5 am. I do not have to drink castor oil. Thank God. I could have done magnesium citrate easier than castor oil. By the way I am Kelly. I have tried to keep this process kind of private, so I didnt want to just throw it out there in case someone I know, that I would not have intended to know saw my name. I am on billboards in my area for my business so just private. I read on here about people who felt like they told too much outside of this safe haven and regretted it. One wrote that she feels every bite she takes is judged. I could see that happening. She also said since it is slower than GB she felt like a failure. This process has enough going on without adding extra drama. Dont you think?
