Well Its been hard but once the numbers on the scale started going down it just helped so much to keep me motivated!!! Praying a lot helps lol.. I know after my surgery I couldn't go back to my old habits or it would be a pointless waste of money. So I just keep on keeping on! What kind of advice would you like.. if I can help in any way I would love to.. I'm just not a good explainer LOL!

Banded November 11, 2010.. Yep its working for me! Started off at 248 and am now at 189!!

yes,you should because that way you will feel full longer,and the water will not wash your food down.=)

Just curious does everybody have to wait 30 minutes before they eat if they have had something to drink?
