I'm two years banded and I'm down 120 lbs. I think 28/29lbs in 7 weeks is a lot I really don't remember how well I did but I do know after one fill I was no where close to where it ended to be. -

I think everyone experiences this from time to time. You have only had one fill? If so you have just started it takes time. Your doing great! -
I was always told it depends on age the younger you are the better the chances are your skin won't sag. Well that wasn't true with me I'm 28 been banded for close to two years and resently had my first plastic surgery (mommy makeover) still need arms and legs. I think it depends on the person everyone is different.

I recommend sleeping in a recliner if possible. I slept in mine for at least a week. I tried lots of times to get in my bed which is kinda high and id end up crying. Also lots of pillows around you to make you comfortable. And keep up with pain meds if it says every two hours then take them lol. I'm 4 weeks post op of a mommy make over. With lots of lipo. I'm still wrapped up which is so annoying but hopefully soon over. -

Hi im 27 and was banded last november ive lost 105 pounds and ive got sagging skin I worked out alot sometimes twice a day. Some peoples skin go right back some dont. I have hanging tummy, arms and legs. Im pregnant now but I was going to have plastic surgery done I even had the dates sets. just give yourself more time you never know it might go back. But mine didnt. Good luck.

How long do you exercise for? Ive got a 14cc band I felt the same way you did in the start im one year post op and ive lost 105 pounds. You most likely need another fill it takes time. And drinking is extra caliores you dont need. I gave up everything cause I wanted this SO bad. Good luck im sure you will get it. -
You probably still swollen a little with time im sure you will notice its time for a fill. As for the gas im one year banded and still get gas and use gasx a couple of times a week.

Thanks im 12 weeks pregnant now and im glad I never got the fill lol I get stuck way to often.

Has anyone gotten a fill while pregnant? I found out im 6 weeks pregnant but id like to get a fill., is it safe?

Ive had lots a fills maybe like 8 ive got a 14cc band and ive got 7.2ccs but my doctor takes it slow only about 1cc at a time.

My bmi was 47 and ive lost 104 I wouldnt change it I say go for it.

Ive got a question has anyone had problems while traveling and going threw a body scanner? Or when TSA sees the band they know and dont bother you? Im flying to charlotte nc, as well as las vegas both places have body scanners
