Morning! Got your note, and yes, I'm getting excited. Went for my pre-op appt on Wednesday and was so frustrated and "knew" I was doing the right thing by getting this band. I've been watching and being so darn good with my eating...Since my last weigh in which was 2/25, I've only lost a friggin 1/2 pound!?!?! Seriously! WTH? I've decided on the Realize band and I'm excited. HOW ARE YOU?

Hi, thanks for the note. I don't have to start pre-op until April 11th. 5 days of liquid, not too bad. I am diggin the Oh Yeah cookies n cream and chocolate shake! Yummy! How are you? I'm getting some cold feet but I'm excited! Keep in touch and hopefully I will figure out how to use this site correctly someday
