The stuck feeling comes on you very fast but leaves just as fast. A burp or the gurgling sound will give you relief. This is not the easy way out like most people think. You just have to know what you can and cannot eat. Learning experience. You will do find and think skinny. I just bought a new pair of jeans that is 2 sizes down from what I was wearing and I feel sexy at almost 60. LOL
