    I was sleeved sept 10 2012 at 228 I am down 202 n I workout 4 times a week at the gym.I don't get my water in at all n I am bad for snacking I think if I up my water (very hard to do) n cut snacking I might do better....I need a push

    I am getting this band out n getting sleeved mon sept 10. I can't eat with the band total unfilled and good protein wont go down so I eat a lot of slider foods..so glad I'm doing this! How much wt did u lose so far being sleeved?

    Name:Amy new and improved.. I stoped being upset with what I wasnt doing and started to enjoy what I am doing goal wt:208 start wt: 218 age:40 food goal: to eat 3 meals and no snacking &.WATER !!! workout goal:keep going to the gym 3 times aweek and try to get an xtra day in there personal goal:not to compair my journey with anyone else. I may be losing slower then others banded at the same time but this is MY journey and I must find my own way !! new life date:12/13/2010 total wl: 69 what I love about spring: Easter !! My Lord has risen from the dead !!!

    so I made a AWSOME chicken salad today.. i cut up white meat breast into tiny cubes then I added 4 cups shreded carrots,3 cups Broccoli 2 cups diced tomatoes and 1 cup shreaded mexi cheese and some mayo to make it wet..... i hade a 1 1/2 cups of it ..so good....

    November 60 Mile Walk Challenge

    WOW cant belive how fast the time flies... i went to the gym tuesday and did 2 classes then I got home and looked thru our on demand and found sandstone walk 3 miles so i did that.. wed I woke up and couldnt move my legs !! I had to work and I was so sore. wed i got in 1.5 miles and today i was feeling very under the weather. didnt do anything but I am going to the gym in the am to get my swim on and I am going to do the sandstone workout i do like it.. might buy the dvd set at wal mart with the tone band as a gift to myself for making great changes and loving me !! have a great night amy

    October 60 Mile Walk Challenge

    ok I am moving right along !! fri 8 miles in at the local 6 flags great adventure sat 6 miles in back at the park. love the parking lot !! park in the farthes one away and dont take the suttle!! sun went to LBI for my 12 year wedding ann. thats where we got married and walked 3 miles on the beach talking.... i am off to the gym for zumba and laps in the pool !!! cya tomorrow !     ok another class of zumba down !!! i have been to the gym 3x's already and its our nightly girls night walk ... 10 ladies and we walk 2-5 miles depends on how the one is feeling ..... so will add those tomorrow !! LOVE this challange
