Just wondering if everyone is counting calories daily and what is their calorie limit?

No worries friend...surgery was a breeze if your having it done laporoscopic. The pain was nothing more then feeling like sore muscles. I had my surgery on a wednesday and was back to work that Monday.

My surgery is scheduled for 12/9 at 6am...I'm emotional for some reason. I dont really know why. I have been waiting for this day for years but now I'm terrified. Not sure if it's anxiety or fear of surgery. I feel like I could burst out crying at any moment. I have been on the liquid diet since 12/4, but I worry if my liver has shrunk enough for surgery. I worry if I will wake up from the anesthesia. I worry if I will recover fast enough to return to work on 12/14. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??

I've learned that the band 'is what it is'. I'm usually tighter in the mornings and, after a fill, I don't see too much change for almost two weeks.

I was filled 1st time 11/16...not feeling any restriction yet...so sounds like there is still hope that I will. Thats a relief was starting to think this is going to be just another failure for weight loss for me.

Anyone have trouble with being tighter in the mornings and evenings but okay in the middle of the day?

I am guessing what I feel in the evening is being tighter...have a hard time eating after 8:00. Thats a good thing though. Mornings are no problem other then eating too fast effects me more, could be just tighter in the morning also. New to all this was just banded Oct. 20th

I just read a topic about someone slimeing with Breakfast. Few responded that its because the band is tighter in the morning. Why is that so can anyone answer?

I was banded on October 20, 2010 . From the date of surgery I am down 18 lbs. Just wondering how other bandsters are doing that had surgery same time as I.
