  1. I am in same position ...3 months post op , 2 fills and no weight loss. Disgusted ,depressed , pissed off you name it . I am eating less then pre surgery but most of my weight loss was prior to surgery. I keep hearing I am not at my sweet spot yet.
  2. i was banded 10/20 initially lost 15 lbs. had a fill in november have not lost another lb. Feel no restriction and I am exercising 4 days week 30 min. I am very discouraged.
  3. Just wondering if everyone is counting calories daily and what is their calorie limit?
  4. No worries friend...surgery was a breeze if your having it done laporoscopic. The pain was nothing more then feeling like sore muscles. I had my surgery on a wednesday and was back to work that Monday.
  5. I was filled 1st time 11/16...not feeling any restriction yet...so sounds like there is still hope that I will. Thats a relief was starting to think this is going to be just another failure for weight loss for me.
  6. I am guessing what I feel in the evening is being tighter...have a hard time eating after 8:00. Thats a good thing though. Mornings are no problem other then eating too fast effects me more, could be just tighter in the morning also. New to all this was just banded Oct. 20th
  7. I just read a topic about someone slimeing with breakfast. Few responded that its because the band is tighter in the morning. Why is that so can anyone answer?
  8. Hi , I was banded on October 20, 2010 . From the date of surgery I am down 18 lbs. Just wondering how other bandsters are doing that had surgery same time as I.
