The pic on the left was take exactly one year before. I was wearing Spanx and a body shaper and I still looked hefty. The pic on the right I am 3 weeks and a day post-op and I wearing the same cute dress but without the shape wear. I'm 29.5 pounds lighter in the current pic from the day I checked in my first appointment with my bariatrician.
