Bitties

It blows my mind how far I've been able to come in 5 months because of the sleeve.

5 months exactly in this pic. Honestly, what I eat every day is usually not a super awesome example of what you should be doing, but I work out a lot to balance it out. But on a good day I'll have an egg scramble made with turkey breast, a baby bell cheese, egg beaters and some honey habanaro sauce. Then, during my morning classes I'll drink a light protein shake or a nugo bar. Lunch = random foraging but usually almonds and some frozen pineapple. Then for dinner, I do a chicken tender (half if it's big) or a few shrimp with green beans and some random sauce I conjure up. Late night snack is always a real fruit popsicle. Like I said though, that's on a good day. Some days I eat like junk but I always pay myself back at the gym if I have a day of slider foods. Hope it helps!

Very impressive! You are a inspiration- My surgery is on Dec. 30th. I am about the same size as you, but a revision patient. Hope my results are that good.

WOW, you look AMAZING! Guess I need to get to the gym EVERY day! I've been doing strength training 2 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I'll try kicking up the cardio and see if that helps. I can't even see your scars!

The gym has definitely sped up the process for me. Since I started running, it seems like the inches are coming off more than the weight. As far as the scars go, I had a spider surgery so i have one tiny scar near my sternum and one in my navel.
