Bitties got a reaction from panda in Five Month Gastric Sleeve Surgery Update (with Pics!)
    Good Morning Friends!
It's been a couple of months since I did a surgery update, so I thought I'd post some new pictures and thoughts.
I'll start by saying how incredibly lucky I feel to have had the sleeve. It has changed my life in ways that I never thought possible. If you had shown me a picture of how I would look in five months, I would have laughed at you and said it was impossible; there is no way that I could be that small...but yet here I am. Here are some points of interest about how my life is with the sleeve:
I have lost 65 pounds (77% of my excess body weight)
    I ran a 5k this month
My hair is falling out like CRAZY!
I still have issues with throwing up after eating (usually when I make stupid choices)
I have never felt more alive...ever.
I'm starting to feel like the leading lady in my own life...not the one who plays everybody's best friend.

If you want to see more pictures of my journey, you can go to my gallery on my profile page or click

    Best of luck to everyone!!!

Bitties got a reaction from LilMissDiva Irene in 3 Months Out (with the promised pics!!)
Thanks guys!! Another thing that I wanted to note is that the difference between the last three pics is ten pounds each. Sometimes I read people saying things like "only ten pounds" and it makes me sad. Ten pounds makes a world of difference!!!
