I just registered as a member today and I dont really know what I'm doing (LOL). I've never been a member of anything like this before but I just want to say that I had my surgery done on December 27, 2007. I've lost 70 pounds so far. I started out at 275lbs. I've got another 30-40 pounds more to lose. It's been a crazy journey but I would'nt change it for the world!!!:thumbup:

congrats! this site has helped me out alot. i was banded on 1/08/09. and i joined before i was banded so i could chat with ppl n see what there experience was like. best of luck to u!

This is a great site! It is a HUGE support for me because I have decided to only share this journey with my hubby and one friend.

Look around. You can find people that had surgery as the same time as you. I like that alot! We are glad to have you!
