Happy 2009 to all! I hope everyone had a great 2008. I had my surgery on July 27th 2007. 18 months later I have gone from 282 to 150 pounds. I feel great! I hope everyone continues to do well this year. I have now reached my goal weight and will have my band partially deflated to see if my weight stabilizes. Good luck to all!!

congrts to you! I cant even imagine 150 lbs for me, it's been so long that I weighed that.....22 yrs ago. I hope to be as successful as YOU!
