:faint: I am turning 30 on Sunday :faint:

This should just not be allowed, I am on purees and I can not drink (alcohol that is) and I get tired pretty fast so I am not going to head out to party the night away. I have decided to post-pone turning 30 until June when I hope I can better party my 20's away. heh.

 

Otherwise, in bandland things are great. I met with my nutritionist yesterday and she has moved me up from purees to a kind of mushy/soft foods mix. I am going to get to try chicken not pureed and tuna and maybe some well cooked veggies. Very exciting :D . She did not weigh me, but I feel like I have lost a bit more since my Monday post-op. I am now 12 days out from surgery (1/16) and feeling really good. :clap2: Most people don't believe that I have had sugery!!

Happy Birthday! I am glad to read a positive journal entry...I am just at the start of the process, haven't had surgery yet, and I was getting a little worried.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
