I wish I could say that I am losing at a comfortable pace...nope..gained 6 pounds in the last six months. I wish I could say that I'm not as hungry as before..nope..I could eat the north end of a southbound mule some days, but most days, I don't. I have never had a love or addiction to food..most all of my weight has come from steriodal and antidepressants over 15 yrs. Do I make poor food choices? Of course, at times. I'm not sorry that I have the band, just dissapointed that I haven't had the success that others have had. I'll continue to get fills, speak truthfully to my doc and pray for the best in 2009.:(

dont get to discouraged I know how hard it is

The weight did not come on over night and it will not come off overnight, I wish it would.

The band is just a tool I wish it would make me lose but it is still hard work

Keep positive it will all work out for you

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
