Life has been fast paced, haven't had much time to post.

I'm focussing on eating more, but eating the right stuff. I think I haven't been eating enough calories.

I'm also focussing on eating LOW CARB, Low fat, and lower calories.

I either don't eat enought on days, or I eat all the bad stuff. I'm focussing on CLEAN eating.

Practice makes progress. We're not looking for perfection, just progress.

Yep the food part is a tough thing to balance. Sounds like you're staying healthy and well.

LAP-BAND Patients

Hi, I got banded in June. I have had 3 fills. The last fill really worked. I have only lost 15 lbs. but I can now only eat 2 bites. When I eat I tend to "slime". Everything I eat comes up, but I don't seem to lose weight. I am over 50. I am a little concerned about how little I eat. I do get hungry, but 2 bites of food and I am so miserable. Is anyone else experiencing this?
