Second Fill

I just got my 2nd fill on 8/21 and I really feel the restriction. I know it's the portions because, already, a couple of times I couldn't keep my food down. Should I be going back to eating 6 ounces? :tongue2:

yes for sure...& if that doesn't seem to help you. Go back to the doctor and they will take a little out for you to be able to adjust better. I wish you the best, God Bless
