Hello All,   I am really trying to get back to the top of my game cutting back on food, making the right food choices and now I joined the October 60 Mile Walk. I feel great because this is motivating me to exercise in every way. Now my next challenge is try to drink more water, I hate it unless it's freezing cold. I heard that we shouldn't drink it that way but this is the only way I will drink it. Anyway everyday is a battle and a journey. What is yours?
Hello all it is NOW three years laaater and I feel Great!!! I have lost about 150 pounds. But I have not been following the program for sometime. I know its because a lot of things has been happening in my life. For about a year 1/2 I have been off. But now things are settling down and I am trying to get back focus again. I want to go get a fill but I am still vomitting, mainly at night. I think this due to eating too late at night before going to bed. How much time do I need to take afte
I am constantly vomiting...recently I went to the doctor to get un-tighten and I was find for about a week and now I am having problems again keeping food down. I think I have either something stuck inside or gas. For I don't think this should be. Has anyone had this problem and if you did what did you do?
Lately I noticed that when initially eating I have a hard time not only getting the food down but keeping it down. In the beggining the Doctor prescribed Famotidine 20mg and I am wondering if I should go back to taking them; Or getting something simliar over the counter like Pecid. Tell me what you think
Hi,   I just got my 2nd fill on 8/21 and I really feel the restriction. I know it's the portions because, already, a couple of times I couldn't keep my food down. Should I be going back to eating 6 ounces? :tt2:
It has been 2 months for me since I have been banded and I lost about 25 pounds. I am going for my next fill on 8/21. I'm not getting as full now and I am eating a little bit more; in addition, I gained a pound. Is this normal and is it possible that my band has slipped? Has anyone experienced this?
