LAP-BAND Patients

Hey guys had surgery on 05/12 weighed in like a small sumo wrestler @ 290lbs now I am at 275.6 lbs. Has anyone struggled with food? I am so tired of those protein shakes I don't know what to do.

7_5_142.gifSherrie, it is very normal> I am almost 3 weeks. I slip a mushie in now. Just don't overdo it. I went for more than a mushie and got sick last night. Daughter fried chicken and I had a bite. That was good. Then I put up the food, that was bad... I took several more bites... I could have really screwed up. Just be careful and nothing unless it is a mushie and not much.
