Morning After my 1st Fill

Today is the 1st day after my 1st fill. Yesterday I had some pain and discomfort but today I feel much better, and I just eat some oatmeal and so far so good. To day will be mush food and we'll see how tomorrow goes.. God Bless Every One.:thumbup:

I WAS BANDED 01/15/08...FIRST FILL 02/26/08...I THINK I MAY HAVE FELT SOME RESRICTION, BUT I THINK IT WAS REALLY BECAUSE I WAS A LITTLE SORE. ITS BEEN A FEW WEKK SINCE MY FILL, BUT I REALLY DONT FELL LIKE I AM FEELING WHAT THEY SAID I WOULD FILL. I LIVE 100 MILES FROM MY SURGEON, SO ITS NOT THE MOST EASY THING TO STOP-DROP AND DRIVE...I STILL HAVE A 11 YEAR OLD AT THE HOUSE AND WE HAVE TO BE THERE FOR HIM. BUT I DO LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT FILL. THEY KNOW HOW I AM FEELING, AND THEY WANTED ME IN SOONER, BUT MAYBER THEY WILL GIVE ME JUST A LITTLE EXTRA. THIS FILL, I WILL HAVE TO STAY ROUND LONGER 2 TO 3 HOURS..AND THEY I WILL HAVE TO DRINK SOME STUFF AND THEY WILL SEE HOW IT GOES DOWN...

SO I LOOK FORWARD TO IT

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
