OK, I had my Dr. appt. this week. Now I am set up for blood work on 3-15 and diet consult on 3-22-06. Then I have to wait for the insurance stuff I guess. I paid my down payment so I'm on my way! Exciting and scary! I have wanted to eat everything in sight. I am suppose to lose between 15 and 30 lbs. by surgery time. YIKES! Not doing real good so far. Went to Shoney's Friday for seafood. Had some fried stuff. Should have eaten more crab legs, but that means more butter. Sigh...:rolleyes Last night went to El Sazon had chicken soup which wasn't too bad but ate a basket full of chips and cheese dip. Going to Lemon Grass tonight for Scott's birthday. Probably won't do to bad there. Had a McDonald's Grilled Chicken Sandwich - no fries - for lunch. Chewed gum today so I haven't been too hungry today. Gum helps - gives me something to do with my mouth. :D I had 2 panic attacks this week, lasted a couple of minutes then went away. I just sat down and waited for it to go away. Pretty good mood today.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
