thank you !! I am very proud, this surgery was the only way to loose the weight :-) gotta stay positive and focus on the other 65 lbs. i have to loose to get to my goal. Will be going to the gym this week, so looking forward it.

way to go... i am sure my loss will be slow also.. the reason i say that is even now (before surgery) when i dieted i didn't loose fast .. but slow and steady wins the race!

yes I went to a support group a month ago and their were people there a month out which lost 50 lbs., so I guess everyone is different and they loose the weight differently :-)

Nice! Hey, it's 50 lbs! Love that.

I am in the 'slow but steady' group as well. Well, slower than I would prefer. I'm hoping I can say I've lost 30 in 3 months!

yes ! Very slow but will start the gym on 3/13 for sure to give the weight loss a kick LOL

hopefully with the running i can loose a little more than just the 50 lbs.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
