2nd day Sleeve post-op

Congrats on your surgery. Hope you have a quick & smooth recovery! Please post pics as I am highly in seeing actual reults befor & after. I am taking my steps for the gastric sleeve in Tijuana through a lighter me. I am extremly nervous as the time is getting closer to my surgery date.

Congrats. Keep it up and in no time you will be a new you! I still have 3 months to go with dr supervised diet and exercise - it seems so far off. But I am excited to have finally made this decision. Keep up the good work and post often

I too was sleeved on 2/5 I had more problems with gas yesterday than anything else. I find that if I take to big of a sip I get belly pain but if I take small sips i do better....

I also had gas pain for about a week. My sleeve was done on 1/28/13. My doctor wanted me to just walk...OMG! But finally all over.

But of course! I was taking in the liquids too fast. Thanks Kelly, slow sips did the trick and the cramps lessen much. I was told to do this, but I guess I forgot. Thank God for these forums for support. God luck to all who responded to my cramps. We are off to a new chapter in our lives guys! Lets keep the support going.

P.S., yes it's more interesting to post before and after pictures so I will this weekend.
