Gastric Sleeve Patients

I weight 216. I will be having surgery this year. My surgeon told me I will lose most of minds and get to 155 or 160. My height is 5'6. He said that would be an healthy weight for me. My goal is 140 to 150. It depends on following diet exercise plan. Our sleeve is just a tool. What is your goal and height?

How tall are you? Iam 5' 2 and 208 and most people I know who have had the sleeve lost 40-50 in 3 mos, but I guess it also depends on the person as well.
