Being Sleeved Has Created A Monster!

Ever since I've been sleeved I can’t stop thinking about food, but not junk gross greasy fattening food (i don't even miss that), I’m talking healthy, delicious, colorful, flavorful food. I’m so excited to start cooking and eating healthy! I can’t stop looking up recipes on different web sites or watching the food network (even though I watched that before surgery but this time I actually want to cook the food) I’m just so excited. Before I hated the thought of cooking, I rarely cooked unless it was pasta or eggs or soup, but now my mind set is totally different and I’m beyond excited to cook not only for myself but for my family and friends! I can’t stop saying how grateful I am to be sleeved!

Check out skinnytaste.com. She has lots of great recipes, everything I have made from there has been delicious. Plus she includes all of the nutritional info, including weight watchers points value, for each recipe. Good luck!

I have found I'm craving spicy food. I've been trying all kinds of recipes. I love pinterest!! Maybe because I can only eat a few bites of a meal, I want it to be the most flavorful and yummy that it can be! My boyfriend and son are very supportive and are totally loving the kitchen experiments!

You can savor healthy foods now! put your veggies in cheesecloth and boil them in broth, juice some veggies, find a teavana near you (check online and make sure they get good reviews for fresh tea) and try teas - teavana keeps several samples at any time...

SMELLS TOO - indulge - get some lotion, some fresh cut flowers, fabreeze EVERYTING in a wonderful light scent - it isn't just your taste buds, you r olfactory senses are going to improve, too!!!
