Day 64 And Day 65 - Stalled And Freaked Out

So I modified my breakfast for the last couple of days to see if that would help and it worked. I have strawberry mini wheats in soy milk and some banana. Went down great. But I have not lost any weight 5 days. In fact, I went up by half a pound and I am really trying hard not to freak out. So I worked out longer today. We shall see how I did tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Don't feel bad. I've been stalled for five weeks! I'm about to scream!! Today, i think I'm actually down... It's terrible thinking you've had surgery to lose 45 pounds when I need to lose 200! I know that's not true though. Your upcoming trip will undoubtedly take a few off of you. It's hard to keep up with your intake on a trip.

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
