Blaaaah

Feeling blah today. Tired of muscle milk and soup. I got a wild the crazy idea that I wanted beans from my local mexican food place. Yeah......don't do that. I was sick and felt horrible for about 2 hours after.

Another problem I'm having is pain in/around my large incision. The pain is like a ripping/burning pain. Its not infected or anything just hurts when bending and turning. The pain reminds me of when i had my c-sections with my kids. I had/have the same pain in that scar when I tweak those muscles. I hope that lessens because its very hindering.

I'm down 19lbs and feeling pretty good. Just a blah day I guess.

LAP-BAND Patients

Hi, I was sleeved on Feb4th, I start full liquids tomorrow. I can not wait to drink Muscle milk and soup. I am so excited.

Thanks for the heads up on the beans. I was thinking about putting some in the blender and adding water so it has the consistancy of a soup, probably bad idea.

I have a weird kind of "ache" right in the center of my stomach, about4 in above my belly button. It is not even on an incision, just strange and sometimes uncomfortable. I think it is all the changes we are going through. I had those with different surgeries.. I do not think I would worry only if your look red or irratated. I have been feeling blahh for the last two day, due to lack of nothing to eat.

Congrats on the weight loss. I am down 13 since surgery. 26 since I started pre op diet. I am tickled. :)

Gastric Sleeve Patients

Wow great job! I have that same weird ache sometimes. Must be our tummies adjusting. I hope you do well with your liquid diet. Thankfully there are more then one flavor or protein drink or I'd be bananas.
