Friday morning, at 07:30 a guy is gonna assemble a team that will excommunicate a LARGE part of my stomach. Before noon, something is gonna be missing and not missed. I feel like this is a long time comin'. I am ready. I am excited. My brother said today that he's gonna have to "get used to me being skinny". I said "easy there, one day at a time. gimme a year or so before you do"

 

Oh I had lamented over things like the crossover addictions and have (long ago) decided to seek therapy. At the same time I started the pre-approval regimine, I started to see a therapist to hash out underlying issues. Why I built a cocoon-like shelter around my body. Why was I fat to begin with.  Discussed psychological changes, changes in tastes, habits, etc.

 

I feel calm and ready. No longer anxious or fearful, Friday will get here soon enough.

 

September 23rd, I'm coming and I'm bringing my fundus with me!!!

You are too fun! I am not fearful either. Those feelings left me a couple of months ago. I know that after I get used to the new normal I am going to feel so much better. Yes. Let's do this!

Awesome, awesome AWESOME!!! I will probably be sleeved in 4 months.. Not taking any chances, so I'm not being "social" and I'm also seeing an awesome therapist, since I don't know what it's like to be skinny, small or a normal weight!! I'm so excited for you and hope that you continue to share your journey with us!!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
