I had complications after the surgery, but I think I am on the mend. Trying to deal with getting enough nutrients and water. Still not feeling totally back to life. I feel I am constantly trying to work in fluids. I am drinking Resourse Breeze as I am trying to move into stage two, and trying to work in 64oz of water. My doctor says if I am peeing I am getting enough fluids, but I get slight headaches and nausea which seem to be releived if I drink more water. I still have some soreness where my stomach is, wondering how long that will last? How did you feel at 4 weeks? 5 weeks?

I am three weeks out (surgery was Oct 7). I am walking every day about one mile and I have noticed when I walk I feel much better. I am currently at 227 and started at 251. My biggest problem is getting the liquids in. Does anyone have a solution. I am able to eat about five bites of food and then if I eat one more, I throw it up. Not sure how much weight I should be losing but I wish it would come off faster.

What is Resourse Breeze? I have had head achs all my life on a daily basis. SInce surgery, I have NOT had a head ache yet! HMMMM.

Jovonia: Glad to hear you are doing well. 24 pound in 3 weeks is great! Congrats! Resourse breeze is a nutritional suppliment. It is a clear fluid, as I am just moving onto stage 2 diet because of the complications. Hang in there and keep in touch!

Nikki: The day after surgery I had to go back in for internal bleeding. They fixed that and I was good for about another week. A week later my blood pressure dropped inot the 50's and I couldn't stand up. I went into the emergency room they did a CT Scan and saw that there was some type of perforation. I was admitted back to the hospital for 5 days. When I went home they put me on an all liquid diet for four weeks. I am feeling better now. I still have strange pains and weakness, but I think I am on the mend.
